This time I stamped him onto cardstock and trimmed away all the other images except just the bee... I then picked a piece of this wonderful Nikki Silvis pattern paper to use as my card front. I cut out a few extra hearts from the remaining scraps and popped them up with some foam tape. I added the stamped sentiment that I also mounted with foam tape... I colored in my little guy with Prismacolor pencils; picking colors that matched the pattern paper...so my this little guy is brown and kind of an orange yellow...

ReplyDeleteadorable! I really like how you popped up some extra hearts cut from the paper. The bee has the same whimsical look as the paper!
