January Projects

As Deb stated in her post Thursday, the January kit is full of color and pizzazz...perfect for the beginning of a new year! I was lucky enough to get to play with it, and created two projects...a layout and a card.

I am not a card making person, but this kit is perfect for them!

The layout uses lots of embellishments from the add on kit (hint...you HAVE to get it this month. Really. Awesome. Amazing. incredible!) and I hand cut a swirl from one of the papers. Simple...but I love this picture of my friend Leslie and I and I wanted the focal point to be the photo.
